I'm sure I'm reading WAAAYYY too much into this but on Larry McCarren's practice recap yesterday, where they typically extend themselves to say how well a guy tied his shoes, they showed a Janis drop in the video. Subtle hint to quiet the Janis cult following? Or, I'm making a mt. Of a mole hill.

A common thread I have been hearing is that he doesn't fight for balls that come his way. That helps you gain the trust of "the man".

This is what MEDIA is saying about him. You have no idea what the org thinks of him. He plays...he scores TD's and makes big plays.
