NCIS is one of Keiana's all time favorite shows. She's still very upset Ziva left. The whole Marine thing though, I don't know how anyone can confuse that with Navy Seal lol. Sam from NCIS: LA is Navy Seal. :)

I like this show in terms of being interesting and fun to watch - about the beginnings of the Batman story, etc. HOWEVER, there are glaring weird inaccuracies that make me wonder whether the writers are really that stupid or whether they think the younger generation of viewers is too dumb to notice, or whether, being fiction, they wrote it that way intentionally.

Specifically, I refer to a setting - buildings, clothes, some core attitudes of characters from the 40s into the 50s, but vehicles which seem to be 70s into the 80s, and technology, social attitudes, and expressions from the 90s into the 2000s. Example: they just didn't have cell phones back then or TV remotes or a bunch of other things that stand out in the show.

It's still a good show, though, IMO.

Is it old or is it new? Is it in the past or is it in the future? I've always gotten that mixed message if you will that you are talking about and in fact its one of the more interesting aspects of the franchise for me. I think they could make the city a much bigger character than they usually do but some of the movies did a pretty good job. My favorite was the zoo in Batman Returns.

Some years back I became interested in a new show called,"Once upon a Time". I watched to see what characters they would introduce and how. Beyond the middle of season 2 I began to lose interest.

I'm now interested in "Gotham". I watch to see what characters they will introduce and how. So far it is keeping me interested. I'm waiting to see an episode that will be more dedicated to the young Bruce Wayne . Perhaps the seeds of the creation of Batman . His great study into Wayne Enterprises is a start, but the bat and it's importance is yet to be explored. Arkham Asylum is another interesting place to explore.

There are many good stories that can be looked into, I hope that they will . đź‘Ť
