There is a lot of this list that I disagree with, but McNabb being ranked higher than ARod? Especially this year? What?! Even if he is ranked last of the players mentioned, that is insane.

Jennings ranked at 74th, with 14 receivers ahead of him!! Can you guys think of 14 WRs better than him? I'm intrigued to see where Woodson and CM3 rank, they haven't been revealed yet. I think Rodgers supposedly comes in at number 11, which is still a snub. Rodgers isn't a top 10 NFL player. Really?

It's absurd to not rate Jennings in the top 7 WRs in the NFL. It's arguable he's in the top 5.

The list is from the players only and it goes to show you that the players play the game. Beyond that, they really don't do their homework. I enjoyed the top 100 greatest players of all time lists and thought it was well done. This list is frustrating and has more misses than hits.

It is a pretty stupid list.

They players were not given enough direction. Who will be best this year, who was the best in their career, who was best last year. They left it open to interpretation and nobody really knows what the criteria for the players decisions were.

Like all opinion polls, it is subjective. The perceptions are more important than reality. If the media says Hester in an important player, people believe it. Even though an average number 1 WR would put up 3 times as many TDs than Hester would in returns.

Jennings is statistically a top 5 WR. Having 13 or 14 raked ahead of him shows how skewed opinions are.

When I heard they were doing this, I immediately knew it was a waste of time. It's only purpose is to just to keep people talking about the NFL during the lockout.

It worked.
