I just finished watching the Jets game. I was pretty impressed by Favre.

14/19, 167 Yards, 1 TD, 0 INT's and 8.8 Avg.

Pretty solid day. I know at first glance he was playing "game manager". But I don't think he played like that. He took a bunch of risky passes (one was just HORRIBLE and should have been an INT 100%). I think he just took what the defence was giving him and kept handing it off at key junctures because T Jones was running all over them. I don't really the Jets playcalling (i.e. throwing against the Chiefs) but they had an excellent game plan and executed perfectly.

Huge matchup against the Pats and Titans coming up. I guess now we will see how good the Jets really are. But if they can go 1-1, they will happy I think.

But back to Favre, he looked like he fit into the Offense today and looked comfortable back there. He was able to anticipate the pressure and step up and make quick decisions. Also, I saw a couple of Jets games last year and the team just looked dead. Favre brings a lot of energy. It was a lot of fun to watch him running on to the field jumping on the defensive players after the fumble for a TD, etc.

Winning will do that but I feel like he was really "Favre" today in that boy-ish enthusiam about the game kind of way. Good for him, its fun to watch him play.

I don't much care about the Jets winning or losing because its seldomly going to be on his shoulders. I mainly want to see him do well and pad his stats so far that no one can ever reach them!!

Thank You Jets. GREAT WIN,

Thank You Thomas Jones... 149 yards on the ground. What a monster.

Thank you... Poteat... Great pick. Thank you Rhodes, another great pick.

Thank you Jets Defence.

Of Course... Thank You Jay Feely... A Kicker who bangs in 17 points.

This is so great. Looks like the Packers are going to get a 2nd Round Draft Pick this Spring.

Whoo Hooo!

This is a great win.... I Love it. GO JETS

I just want Brett to do well. I don't care much about the pick anymore, unless we use it on a damn OL!

So you don't want Rodgers to catch him? I knew you were a Aaron hater. As for the schedule the Jets do indeed have one of the easieast. The joke of the scheduling is the Pats before the year got the weakest schedule

Honestly, no. I don't. I like Aaron, but Brett is and always will be my favorite QB. :profileright:
