I never understood the Favre supporters back in 08. In my opinion, Brent's best moment might be his superbowl ring or the game against the raiders after his father passed. But the childish mess he created in 08 surpasses any of his many heartbreaking interceptions as his lowest point in his career.

As for the fans that were not supporting Rodgers during 08, have any of the admitted that they were wrong? Are they still packer's fans or do they bleed purple now? (Sorry eng. After reviewing this post, I realized you had pretty much the same question)

As for true packer's fans, I think we all feel very lucky. We had a great QB for almost 2 decades and now, all evidence points to another great run. I think Rodgers has a better chance to gain multiple super bowl rings because he is smarter than our past QB.

As time goes on in its inexorable fashion, truth will float to the surface like a dead body in a lake. Favre is showing his true charactor, Rodgers is showing his. The people who were bashed Rodgers Ted Thompson and Mike McCarthy for the "troubles" are not people I would consider Packer fans. They are Favre fans and welcomed to his drama. We, as Packer fans, don't need them back.

If Rodgers had played poorly, it wouldn't change anything for me. His success and Favre's displays of dishonesty, disloyalty and dis-integrity are only attracting band-wagoners back to the Pack.

Anybody who changes their mind this year is only doing it because we have a shot at the SB and Favre is sinking their team.

I don't think they deserve to be considered Packer fans if they took Favre over the team and Rodgers.

God. This is one of those "embarrassed to be a packers fan" moments. I mean it would be hard to blame him if he had a resentment for Packers FANS(the organization, his teammates treated him right but not the fans).

you gotta keep in mind he's recalling the really shitty moments during that time. i'm sure for every "f@%k you Aaron!" there were 3 "hey Aaron, sign my tits!".

if we used the message boards as a reference, i would say there was way more support for Rodgers than sentiment. well, maybe not waaaay more, but definitely more.

I been to about 10 games in GB when Brett was q/b...(including the Detroit playoff game)

And I NEVER heard such a loud cheer as I did when Rodgers came on the field for the Viking game last year

So my guess is that the majority of fans support the Pack

man. this fucking article makes me sick to be a Sconnie.

whoever said "Packer fans are the best" is an asshole. y'all are no different than the fucking Jersey rats (obviously not y'all here...except Dhazer).

(Realize my angry rant here is obviously directed at the corn-fed starfucking homers out there, not the fans with functioning grey matter)

Martha Careful (9-May) : I am not sure I understand the Myers hate. He was consistently our third best lineman. RG and LT were worse.
beast (9-May) : Just saying I don't think moving Myers would help Myers.
