BTW.. how sad is it that Zero has to place the 2010 tag on this thread.. telling it apart from 2007, 2008, and 2009.. lol. 😉

Leading with your helmet from any direction is illegal.

"Zero2Cool" wrote:

Talking about burying a helmet and actually burying a helmet are two different things. It's not illegal until he does it. Last I checked, he hasn't. Just buried Rodgers.

wow technical much?

Show me in print or on tv when the last time a player said he wanted to bury his helmet in the spine? in the MODERN era...( or something similarly violent)

FYI I am PERFECTLY fine with the statement.....

But the game as we know it NOW..that is not a common thing...and when the statement did come out I recall didnt go over to well here..

And as Zero has said it is illegal

but lets just pretend it isnt a bad thing to bury a helmet in a spine

"longtimefan" wrote:

Of course it didn't go over well here.. It was YOUR QB he was talking about. DUUUURR! Like I said, talking about doing something to a guy vs. actually doing said thing to a guy are two different things.

What don't you get about this?

I still think people are discounting the "conspiracy to go golfing" explanation for the trip to Mississippi.

Favre: golf nut.
Longwell: golf nut.
Allen: golf nut.
Hutchison: (probably) golf nut.

4 = standard number of people in golf "foursome".

If it was anything else, they could have just sent one or two, or taken more than three down and four up.

It was about sneaking in one more round of golf. Nothing more.

:)
And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.

I think it's kind of funny too that we have lots of fan's saying Ted doesn't open up enough to get players in. Then Vikings go balls out and get criticized for it.

I never even thought about it that way.. Good point.
