Orientated is one of the most commonly misused words in the English language.

Oriented means directed or turned in some direction.

Orientated means oriented specifically toward the east. It is not a synonym for oriented, except when oriented is itself being used in the sense of "turned toward the east," which is a legitimate use of the word.

Holmes and Jackson don't belong on the list.

Yeah right, Holmes isn't system oriented but Jennings is?

I'd throw Jennings in there over either of them, although I do like Jackson.

Jennings did not have a stand out year last year. It was, in my view, above average, but not good. He didn't top 70 catches and only had 4 td's.

I'd take Jennings over Holmes. It'd be close with Jennings and Jackson. I fear Jackson is more flash in the pan and will fizzle out. I'm hoping I'm wrong because he's fun to watch, like when he dropped the ball on the goal line that helped me win my fantasy game his rookie year. Heads up guy!

Jackson is on there because he's a deep threat, but Randy Moss is off the list because he's a deep threat. Jackson is not a route runner. The argument he makes for leaving Moss off the list, can be said for Jackson.

The Greg Jennings argument can be applied to Reggie Wayne. Peyton Manning is so great because he's made Marvin Harrison and Edgerrin James into potential Hall of Famers. No doubt about Harrison. I think he's done the same with Wayne. Don't get me wrong though, Wayne is a great receiver, but he has no business being ahead of Fitzgerald or Calvin Johnson for that matter. Johnson is the most talented wide out in the league.

I'm not sure I'd put Jennings in the top ten. I say this because I think he hasn't proven he can beat double teams, but Jennings is certainly ahead of Jackson and Holmes. I think Jennings falls into a Roddy White like category.

To be honest I think both Jackson and Holmes will be off the list after this year seeing Holmes is gone to a team that don't pass much and Jackson will have Kolb at qb.

I say watch this year for guys like Crabtree and Bryant (Dez) to have very very good years. Fitzgeralds numbers will also drop with Matty at the helm. Calvin I believe will finally start putting up big numbers in Detroit
Just Imagine this for the next 6-9 years. What a ride it will be 🙂 (PS, Zero should charge for this)

I agree with you on Michael Crabtree. I think he'll have a big season this year.

Randy Moss is "just" a deep threat? And for the record, James Lofton was a better deep threat.

Moss is a lot more of a complete receiver than people give him credit for. The year where Moss got 23 TD receptions and broke Jerry Rice's single season record, let's not forget that Favre completed more deep balls than Brady did. Moss in the open field is dangerous and gets a lot of YAC.

I know people love to hate the guy, but let's put personality aside and just put performance up there. He's hands down the best WR of the 00s and will be a first ballot HOF'er in a time where there are a lot of worthy WRs who don't make it to the Hall.

I do agree with Calvin Johnson. Had he been drafted by the Packers or another elite passing team, he may just well be the best WR in the game.

For the record, Calvin Johnson who was ranked fourth on that list had similar numbers to Jennings with 67 catches, 984 yards, and 5 tds (Jennings was at 68, 1,113, and 4 respectively). I know he's on one of the worst teams but he is the only person they throw the ball to.

I think Driver and Jennings are both top 15, arguably top 10 but I would put them both just outside. I think Welker deserves a spot in the top 10 and Boldin deserves a shout.

I would put Calvin Johnson No. 3 behind Fitzgerald and Andre Johnson. I think he's that good. In time, he should become No. 1. The talent is undeniable.

Well, I'm going to put Randy Moss in the top 3. Why? Let's see.

Broke Jerry Rice's record for most TDs in a season only 3 years ago. The year after that, was #3 in the NFL in TDs. Last year, once again he's #1.

I know the guy's a schmuck. Everyone hates him. Regardless, he produces. Nobody since Jerry Rice has come even close to his production. He made Culpepper look good. He helped Brady have the best year ever for a QB. Why can't this guy get any respect?

The stats speak for themselves. Not just TDs but yards as well. People conveniently forget he was #3 in yards last year as well.

How is this guy not in the top 5? I honestly believe that people can't see things objectively.

Martha Careful (10-May) : 1. this is true of all our linemen. 2. His run block is fine. 3. If all OL played like he has, we would win SB.
beast (10-May) : Meyers pass blocking is really good, his run blocking is really not.
Zero2Cool (9-May) : Packers have claimed DE Spencer Waege off of waivers from the 49ers and waived DT Rodney Mathews.
Zero2Cool (9-May) : And the OL protections seem to be good.

Martha Careful (9-May) : I am not sure I understand the Myers hate. He was consistently our third best lineman. RG and LT were worse.
beast (9-May) : Just saying I don't think moving Myers would help Myers.
beast (9-May) : Center is usually considered the easiest position physically if you can handle the snap stuff.
Mucky Tundra (8-May) : Bust it is then
Zero2Cool (8-May) : Context. Sounds like Myers won't be cross-trained. C or bust.
Mucky Tundra (8-May) : @BookOfEli_NFL Packers pass game coordinator, Jason Vrable said that Jayden Reed and Dontayvion Wicks shared a placed in Florida while train

beast (8-May) : It was confusing with two DB Anthony Johnson anyways
Zero2Cool (8-May) : Packers actually had Ray Lewis on the phone.
Zero2Cool (8-May) : Packers wanted to draft Ray Lewis. Ravens stole him.

buckeyepackfan (6-May) : The Green Bay Packers have signed WR Julian Hicks, OL Lecitus Smith (luh-SEET-us) and WR Dimitri Stanley
Zero2Cool (6-May) : Petty, but it's annoying me how the NFL is making the schedule release an event.
Mucky Tundra (4-May) : @mattschneidman Matt LaFleur on how he tore his pec: “Got in a fight with the bench press. I lost.”
Zero2Cool (3-May) : Jordan Love CAN sign an extension as of today. Might tak weeks/months though

Zero2Cool (2-May) : Season officially ending tonight for Bucks ... sad face
Zero2Cool (2-May) : Giannis Antetokounmpo is listed as out for tonight's game.
dfosterf (2-May) : Surprisingly low initially is my guess cap wise, but gonna pay the piper after that
dfosterf (2-May) : The number on Love is going to be brutal.
Zero2Cool (2-May) : May 3rd. Extension day for Jordan Love. (soonest)
Zero2Cool (1-May) : USFL MVP QB Alex McGough moved to WR. So that's why no WR drafted!
