If we are cutting just to save cap space why isn't Kenny Clark's name brought up? I am sure we could find someone for half the money to get 37 tackles for the year. Cut him we save $10 million with post June 1st cut. Think of this Alexander played in 7 games and had 16 tackles, Clark played in 17 games and had 37 and 8 of those were in 1 game. But we don't hear of any of that talk.

Well, technically, I guess they could release him before his roster bonus kicks in and save $10.5 millions, but they would have to release him in the next two or three days, otherwise that roster bonus locks in.
Plus while Clarks quality of play has been slipping for years (since like 2018), he's still eating up a HUGE amount of snaps... like you would probably have to sign two guys to replace the amount of snaps he gets on the field for... he's got the endurance.
