The guy has been nothing but a winner since coming to GB. Posted 3 consecutive 13 win seasons while making the NFC ship game twice and made a declining/aging Rodgers 2 time MVP. He installed a much needed modern offense, has shown he can win with two QBs (MM looked like a clown without Rodgers), and is now leading his 2nd QB to a possible SB run.

I know most sports heads love to give the QB all the credit in the world but i truly belive the NFL has overlooked what MLF has done since becoming a head coach. And the sad part is, his name is never mentioned when head coach of the year is brought up.

Kudos to him and our current regime for making our rebuild year as short as leprachauns.
