What do you think of Bulaga's performance?

From the plays I saw he looked good, although it was against the Bills.

I thought, in some ways, he even looked as improvement at LT. He was good in the run game and more than held his ground in pass protection.

Maybe he's the reason Kuhn was looking better than Jackson. Cliffy's never been mistaken for a run blocker.

I thought he was excellent, a huge improvement over Clifton.

He looked fine as far as I could tell. A great big thumbs-down to the TV announcers, though, who failed to point out that Chad Clifton had left the game. When Bulaga committed a penalty and they were finally forced to acknowledge Clifton's absence, they dropped the subject immediately. I still have no idea what happened to Clifton.

Agreed. I was annoyed when I realized Clifton had been out for some time and I hadn't noticed it. I wasn't terribly surprised, though. Both Clifton and Tauscher were limping today. I'll be surprised if either makes it the whole season.

Let's stop the rumors : MM: Clifton was continuing to have issues with his knee after missing some practice this week, and went with Bulaga from late 2nd qtr on.

Clifton was on the injury report the last two weeks...Bulaga was solid but also per MM he was backing up RT and LG as well to free up roster spots.

He is the future no doubt . Better question TJ Lang has been inactive two weeks in a row ? Why ?

I think they like Clifton, because he's got more experience reading defenses and picking up blitzes. Bulaga's a rookie, so he doesn't have much experience with all the tricks of the trade.

Heard he actually threw 4, but one was called back because of offsetting penalties. LOL.
