Is it bad, or is that just a myth it leads to arthritis? From what I've read, it's just myth.

"No there is absolutely no evidence that knuckle-cracking causes any sort of arthritis."

A study found that after many years of cracking habitual knuckle crackers may have reduced grip strength compared with people not cracking their knuckles.

There are people who have reduced grip strength after cracking their knuckles in front of me, because I break their fucking fingers off.

Cracking your knuckles can lead to erectile dysfunction.

The guy who invented Viagra used to crack his knuckles in front of his little sister. Then one day she kneed him as hard as she could in the groin and......................voila! Viva Viagra was invented.

Well I'll be a living test--I only crack the knuckles on one of my hands. And only three fingers on that hand because my ring finger doesn't respond well to cracking after I broke it a few years ago.

my doctor always told me that cracking your knuckles doesnt do much.. the sound is basically pressure & air

The cracking sound is simply the popping of bubbles in the synovial fluid that fills the bursae around the joints.
