I didn't see a response from coolbeans08, but the way I took his comment is that he would be comfortable with Underwood and Lee starting as nickle and dime CBs. Not as #1 and #2. I am pretty comfy with that idea. I could be misinterpreting his comments.

Tezzy, the DA is not going to press assault charges against Underwood because the girls were con artists trying to rip him off. That is why they cried rape. They were also not convincing in their accusation due to obvious lies and inconsistencies. The worst he would get is a small fine for paying prostitutes for sex. Which he admitted to.

I want to go out like my Grandpa did. Peacefully in his sleep.
Not screaming in terror like his passengers.
