I forgot to add that I found that picture on a German buddy's Facebook profile, where he wrote, "Ich glaube, sie war mal biologisch ein Kerl" ("I think she used to be biologically a guy"). I have a sneaking suspicion he was right (and considering he's gay, he would know).

That's probably a really lucky guy. I would imagine he gets incredible backrubs and toe curling hummers. But when they eat a twelve piece chicken meal, he probably only gets the neck and half a wing.
