I'm almost tempted to send a link to this thread to Chmura himself. I imagine his lawyer would have a thing or two to say about it.

Seriously, people, have you ever heard of libel? Have you ever read about the penalties for libel? They aren't light.

After Mark's intelligence comments about Finley openly.. I think Mark's lawyers will let some random comments on a message board slide.

Mark is far from a rocket scientist himself by his own actions.

The thought is still amusing to contemplate though. Imagine all the free pub we'd get if we got dragged into a legal dispute over things said here. 😉
