For living in the deep freeze of Northern Wisconsin.. one would think I would be more of a fan of the sport.. I mean they have some wicked hits in the game..

Yet.. as much as I try.. I just cannot get myself interested in the sport.. at all. Worse than NBA basketball.. and that is saying a mouthful.

Nothing would ever take over football here...but hockey is easily the 2nd best sport.
1. Most of the guys who play this game are a different breed of people. To have teeth knocked out, ribs broken, eyes blackened etc etc and STILL come back into the game is something you don't see in most sports.
2. One of the fastest games in professional sports.
3. From what I could see, NO DRAMA.
