From what I gathered, he asked if Dez's mother was a prostitute. He didn't call her a whore or any other name. There's a difference. I don't see it as a 'price'. I see it as a question about one's mother's occupation prior to potentially signing said person to a multimillion dollar deal.
Ultimately, those dollars are going to support Dez and his family. Probably for decades. I'm willing to bet he won't even remember the question being asked in 2 years from now.. much less 20.

Curious.. what difference does it make what his mother does for employment?
We have scores of players.. highly successful and model players in the NFL that had one parent or the other in jail or what not.. hell probably a decent percentage of players have a broken relationship with one or both of their parents.
I fail to see the relevance of such a disrespectful question.
Turn the tables a bit... tomorrow you have a job interview .. one of the questions relates to your wife or mother.. a personal question.. would you find it an acceptable question for your employment?
I know for damn sure I won't... and it would be the end of the interview.. they can shove that opportunity up their ass.. regardless of the compensation.
Your hiring me.. on my merits of doing the job required... and that I represent the company well. Me.. no other.. unless they are going to start employing us all..
