You don't spike the ball in 5 seconds. Not if your pass traveled further than 2 yards. 10 seconds sounds like a good amount.

So I guess I agree with you for the most part, but it was a 25 yard pass. My question is what if it was a less than 10 yard play? I bet you could line up a lot faster than a 25 yarder.
