The overwhelming belief is that the Saints have no chance. ESPN's analysis:

"The Colts have Peyton Manning. Game over."

Now I am exaggerating a bit, but that is pretty much what I have heard all week.

My analysis:

The Saints have: the better defense, better special teams, better running game, better coach, and yes, the better passing game.

I will not go as far to say that Brees is superior to Manning, however the Saints do have the better passing game, and better receivers.

To make a long story short, the Saints have the better team.

The Jets had the better D and Indy handled them pretty good

I WANT the Saints to win, and if they can execute on offense with out any mistakes they very well could win...They could score 30+ on Indy

but I think it will come down to experience for the Colts that will push them to a win...Dont like it, but thats whats I see

I think the only way the Saints win is if Drew Brees comes out on fire.

Saying that, I think he will. 31-28 Saints in an upset (in my mind).

I'd love to see the Saints win - if nothing else, that city needs this.

But I don't know - I don't think the Colts D can hold them down, but I worry that their all-in approach on defense (get to the QB whatever it takes) could come back to haunt them with Manning. If they don't get to him and deliver those "remember me" hits early and often, I think he might just carve 'em up.

Either way, I don't think it's going to be a rout - no matter who wins, I think the score will be a close one. I do suspect the Colts'll come out on top, though.

Well I hope the Saints lay a whippin on Manning and injure his ankle and make him pull a hammy.

Colts 35
Saints 21

Why? Simple. They are looked to as 'that team too big to fail' now, the dream team, the story book team. They never win.

Colts: 0
Saints: 0

Game called after 5 overtimes when the last fan was seen leaving the parking lot.

Oh, you wanted a prediction, not what we want to happen.

Colts: 40
Saints: 28
