Color me as a guy that would answer the phone if he would be open to a incentive based fair contract.. because if he is cut loose from SD he is going to be an angry runner..
Are his days past.. probably... but so where Ahman Green's and he was a welcomed addition to the club.

Ahman Green was oftenly injured in Houston. His YPC and running actually where, and looked, quite good.
Green is over the hill, as well, though. Just look at his averages and how hard he ran in games where he got some more carries. There's a reason why we're not going to resign him here.
