I think he could play saftey. Hes may look kinda small, but he is so built it doesn't matter.

 No way Al stays at corner and GB needs to get rid of Blackmon et al and find another shut-down corner and a safety. Someone that can hit with authority enough to jar the teeth loose on the receiver.

It will be Tramon Williams' time soon. Maybe the time is now to move him up to a starter and move Harris to 3rd string. I guess it will all depend on how well he recovers from his injury.

Close, but no, definitely not a pastor or priest. lol

I used to have a greater variety of books, but they've already been bought. And I usually root for the Brewers. šŸ™‚

Al Harris has said that to extend his career he'd be willing to drop to a Nickel or Dime back.

"Zero2Cool" wrote:

He actually said that?

That would be awesome having him in Nickel or Dime would help us a lot for a while.

Yes. You can call me a liar because I'm not going to spend the time finding the video on Packers.com where he said it, but he did. He also said he doesn't feel he's a 3 or 4 corner and has a couple more 1 or 2 corner years in him. Meaning, if the Packers say you're a 3 next year, he'll be unhappy. BUT, he's under contract and seeing as we have our top 3 on the field most of the time. The Packers will probably avoid any issue by saying he's a 1 or 2 for his ego's sake.

Simply move him around like we move around Woody. A team needs 3 decent CBs now. Just a fact of life. Football is a passing game, not a running game any more.

Al Harris should stay as our starting corner next year. Tramon makes nice plays here and there, but he also gets beat. Besides moving Harris to safety would hurt our CB situation more than it would help our safety position.
