It simply does not get any better... Than This.

17 Tuesdays have past. 17 Wednesdays, 17 Thursdays, and all those times I longed for the week to end quick, so the next Packers game could start.

They playoffs are here. The packers are invited based on performance and the ability to turn things around when things looked bleak.

They were able to turn things around when things were bleak.

They were able to turn things around when things were bleak.

They were able to turn things around when things were bleak.

Should I type that line one more time?

They were able to turn things around when things were bleak.

I just wanted to make that point, prior to the incredible Game Day Chat Zero gives us this weekend.

If for any reason the Pack go down by 7 or even 14.... Cut the usual "The Season Is Over" posts. Refrain from the "Were done" post. Try to hold yourself from the always posted "The play calling sucks."

It will just make the game day chat all the more enjoyable...

Because this team can turn things around when things are bleak.

Thank you in advance,

RP

agreed, and although not precisely the same team, did the packers not go down 14 zip to the seahawks in the snow 2 years ago only to turn around and put up 42 unanswered?

Maybe my mood will change if the packers lose, but at this point, I'm just grateful to be able to see this team play another week, regardless of the outcome. I've loved watching CM3, A. R., Woody, Pickett, Finley, etc. evolve before our eyes. The heart that they play with, and the way they play the game makes me truly proud to be a supporter of the Packers, and I can't wait to enjoy that for another week (and hopefully more).

I will admit that I turned that game off in frustration, anger, and no hope that things would turn around. Not once have I left a game before its end since, and never again will I.

This team has made me believe in them. Starting then, even moreso this year. More than anything else this postseason, I want the whole Favre crap put to rest for good. I want to see Rodgers lead this team to the superbowl and win it, I want to see Bush and others that have been liabilities at time step up and give it 120%. I want this team to go balls-to-the-wall and finish this season like champions, and show the world that you can't define a team by a single player.

The Raiders are my first child. Born first.

The Packers are my second child. Born second.

I love both my children. Equally.

In my eyes... Neither of my children "SUCK"

One is just doing better than the other right now.

But, thanks for the observation Ninja. I appreciate you.

LOL NON!
I understand what RP is saying.
In the past, if we were down, we might have thrown up our hands and said "What's the use?" But this team is different. There is no "quit" in them.
If they do lose, it won't be because they didn't give it their all.
We can DEPEND on that.

dfosterf (25-Jun) : You do have to interpret the boring fine print, but all stockholders all see he is on the ballot
dfosterf (25-Jun) : It also says he is subject to another ballot in 2028. I recall nothing of this nature with Murphy
dfosterf (25-Jun) : Ed Policy is on my ballot subject to me penciling him in as a no.
dfosterf (25-Jun) : I thought it used to be we voted for the whatever they called the 45, and then they voted for the seven, and then they voted for Mark Murphy
dfosterf (25-Jun) : Because I was too lazy to change my address, I haven't voted fot years until this year
dfosterf (25-Jun) : of the folks that run this team. I do not recall Mark Murphy being subject to our vote.
dfosterf (25-Jun) : Ed Policy yay or nay is on the pre-approved ballot that we always approve because we are uninformed and lazy, along with all the rest
dfosterf (25-Jun) : Weird question. Very esoteric. For stockholders. Also lengthy. Sorry. Offseason.
Zero2Cool (25-Jun) : Maybe wicked wind chill made it worse?
Mucky Tundra (25-Jun) : And then he signs with Cleveland in the offseason
Mucky Tundra (25-Jun) : @SharpFootball WR Diontae Johnson just admitted he refused to enter a game in 41° weather last year in Baltimore because he felt “ice cold”
Zero2Cool (24-Jun) : Yawn. Rodgers says he is "pretty sure" this be final season.
Zero2Cool (23-Jun) : PFT claims Packers are having extension talks with Zach Tom, Quay Walker.
Mucky Tundra (20-Jun) : GB-Minnesota 2004 Wild Card game popped up on my YouTube page....UGH
