^^^Agreed with Kurt not being mobile what so ever. I also think that the Steeler game even though it hurt to lose in that fashion has made this team better. I mean it put all everything out there on tape for us to improve. I dare the Cards to try to throw on us. Bush is going to want to redeem himself. He was voted the most dislike Packer player I think by fans. Fans will love it him if he does not suck it up.

Kurt can't extend the play, but he can make decisions much quicker than Ben can.

I think the key is for us to jump on them early. Put them under pressure, and we should have a good day.
Let Clay 3 get after Warner all day.

Did we run any 3 man blitzes against the Cards the previous game? Regarding blitzing, all I can remember is Matthews getting really close on a lot of QB pressures.

Forget Sundays win although it is a preview of what is to come next week.
I am not saying it will be THAT easy but the Packers are a better football team.

The Cards played four games against teams with a winning record all year and three games against teams going to the playoffs.

The Packers played seven games against teams ultimately finishing with a winning record and six games against teams in the playoffs (most in the NFC).

Maybe we should have finished 8-8. The Cards played four games against teams that finished .500 and lost all four times.

You would think the Cards would stack statistics up given the above yet the Packers clearly stand tall in the numbers game. Especially defensively where we finished 1st against the run and 5th against the pass the Cards ended up 17th and 23rd respectively.

Offensively they don't run it well (28th) and with the talent and multiple schemes we run this is a nightmare matchup for the Cardinals passing game.

On D I sense bringing the heat. The Cards realize their only chance is to get to Rodgers and my guess is McCarthy is planning schemes to pick up their blitz packages.

I look for Finley and our screens to put up big numbers.

When they are on Offense I expect the Cards to go short often and HOPE that our pass rush disrupts Warner enough that they cannot affectively go downfield consistantly.

If our D requires the Cards to chip away and earn every score I see no way of them keeping up with us.

All we need to do is shut down there passing game. We need to Blitz Warner put pressure make him throw turnovers. We need to play aggressive against them on offense too pounding the ball with Grant / Jackson / Green get them tired and all.

According to PFT , it's looking like Boldin will be out or at least limited on Sunday. That's good news for the secondary. One less option for Warner.

I'm as nervous as a whore in church about this game. The Cards can get hot early and light up Jarret Bush and Co., and that might be the kiss of death for this team. But on the otherhand, I've got faith in the defense.

I have no clue. I just want Sunday to get here soon.

Listening to McCarthy I think he feels the team is right where it needs to be and that has to be a good thing because he's the guy in touch with the players.

I believe a huge key for a win is the interior of the Dline making sure Arizona can't run the ball and getting that push so the edge guys and ILB's can get to Warner.

I don't think it was a coincidence that our poorest game in the last half of the year was against Pittsburgh but if you go back to that game Pickett was out and nearly every interior Dlineman was banged up. They did not get to Ben like they needed to and thus he had a big game. It didn't help that the times we did have them in 3rd and long we went to that dang 3 man front which I hope not to see even once on Sunday.

The other key is the 0line playing status quo with how they have improved over the last half of the year. I don't rate the Arizon defense as that great but they have gotten to the QB and if our guys can keep them off of Rodgers the offense will definately put up the points needed.
