It wasn't that difficult. I wasn't as much full, as I was just tired of chewing. That's a lot of beef to eat, and your jaw gets tired after a while.

It took me 45 minutes to eat the meal, which includes the steak, toast, baked potato, and salad. You are required to finish it in 1 hour and 15 minutes. (in order to get the Beefeater's medallion)

Most I ever ate was 24 ounces of steak and that's a lot. Had mashed potatoes with it and some steamed veggies. Don't remember if I had beer or a soft drink with it.

Pretty impressive feat. I can't imagine downing 40 ounces. I can't even get close to 24 now.

Question - so if you hork, will you still go to work? 😉

This is neither here nor there, but the best cut of steak is a nice 1.5-2" thick ribeye.

And again congrats. The restaurant site says you can keep the medallion or trade it in for a free steak on your next visit. Which you gonna do? 🙂
