They (whomever "they" are) were going to put some prisoners in a new, multi-million $$ prison that has yet to be used, over near Hardin Montana. That's real close to the Custer Battlefield. That would rank right up there in the scenery category with Illinois and Iowa, except those places have corn and trees to look at. If you like Rattlesnakes, prairie dogs, dry creek beds, and cactus and native bunch grass, then Hardin would have been the place.
