The last two times he posted this, it actually evolved into a good discussion.

One where he was attacked a lot and came back with solid points.

Those are 2 well deserved points.

If he makes good points, then it's not too difficult for him to insert some excerpts and generate some well thought out discussion. As it stands, this thread is pure advertising.

Indianapolis Colts (13-0) at Jacksonville Jaguars (7-6)

Perfection grows ever closer... The Jags are theoretically still alive, but this week should do it.

Prediction: You gotta say this: Del Rio milked this team for everything it had. But it's not enough. Colts 31 Jags 17.

Dallas Cowboys (8-5) at New Orleans Saints (13-0)

Should be the last major obstacle between the Saints and 16-0.

Prediction: Cowboys will be outmatched in the Dome. Saints 38 Cowboys 21.

Cleveland Browns (2-11) at Kansas City Chiefs (3-10)

Back to reality for the Brownies.

Prediction: An awful game. Chiefs 13 Browns 10.

Houston Texans (6-7) at St Louis Rams (1-12)

Too bad it's too late, Texans.

Prediction: Too little, too late, but it looks good. Texans 31 Rams 10.

Chicago Bears (5-8) at Baltimore Ravens (7-6)

Is it me, or is Cutler the worst QB this side of Jamarcus Russell?

Prediction: Should be over early. Ravens 34 Bears 10

Arizona Cardianls (8-4) at Detroit Lions (2-11)

Starting to look like last year for the Cards. (might be a bit more postseason competition this time around, though.)

Prediction: Warm up game. Cardinals 38 Lions 10.

Atlanta Falcons (6-7) at New York Jets (7-6)

Hard to believe the Jets are still alive here.

Prediction: They'll live another week. Jets 31 Falcons 27.

Miami Dolphins (7-6) at Tennessee Titans (6-7)

A huge game. Tennessee's slim playoff hopes die with a loss; Miami needs it nearly as bad.

Prediction: Titans made it a game run after 0-6, but it's the Dolphins who fight on. Dolphins 24 Titans 21

San Fransisco 49ers (5-7) at Philadelphia Eagles (8-4)

New England Patriots (8-5) at Buffalo Bills (5-8)

The Pats have the Dolphins breathing down their neck. Can the Bills do anything to help the Dolphins and Jets?

Prediction: Upset special. Bills 27 Pats 24

Oakland Raiders (4-9) at Denver Broncos (8-5)

Broncos actually showed some mettle against the Colts. Are they good enough to do any real damage in the playoffs? Probably not. But I won't be referring to them as pretenders again.

Prediction: Let the march begin. Broncos 34 Raiders 17.

Cincinnati Bengals (9-4) at San Diego Chargers (10-3)

The Bengals just looked outclassed against the Vikings. More of the same here.

Prediction: Two lopsided losses in a row don't bode well for the Bungles. Chargers 31 Bengals 14

Tampa Bay Buccaneers (1-12) Seattle Seahawks (5-8)

Is this where the Bucs break through?

Prediction: Upset special #2. Bucs 24 Seahawks 21.

Green Bay Packers (9-4) at Pittsburgh Steelers (6-7)

This looked like a much more appealing game a few weeks ago. The suddenly lousy Steelers are all but out of the playoffs. The Packers will drive in the final nail.

Prediction: A month ago the Packers were all but dead; suddenly 12-4 looks possible. Packers 27 Steelers 14

Minnesota Vikings (11-2) at Carolina Panthers (5-8)

Favre didn't lose anything in the Desert. Just a hiccup.

Prediction: Vikes roll. Vikings 34 Panthers 13

New York Giants (7-5) at Washington Redskins (4-9)

The Giants have kept themselves at least in the picture. One more loss would do them in, though...

Prediction: Upset special #3. Deadskins 28 Giants 24

Mucky Tundra (2h) : Rude!
beast (3h) : Martha? 😋
Zero2Cool (7h) : Raiders hired someone from the elderly home.
dfosterf (9h) : I'm going with a combination of the two.
beast (11h) : Either the Cowboys have no idea what they're doing, or they're targeting their former OC, currently the Eagles OC
Zero2Cool (23-Jan) : Fake news. Cowboys say no
Zero2Cool (23-Jan) : Mystery candidate in the Cowboys head coaching search believed to be Packers ST Coordinator Rich Bisaccia.
beast (23-Jan) : Also why do both NYC teams have absolutely horrible OL for over a decade?
beast (23-Jan) : I wonder why the Jets always hire defensive coaches to be head coach
Zero2Cool (22-Jan) : Still HC positions available out there. I wonder if Hafley pops up for one
Zero2Cool (22-Jan) : Trent Baalke is out as the Jaguars GM.
dfosterf (22-Jan) : Jeff Hafley would have been a better choice, fortunately they don't know that. Someone will figure that out next off season
Zero2Cool (22-Jan) : Aaron Glenn Planning To Take Jets HC Job
dfosterf (22-Jan) : Martha- C'est mon boulot! 😁
Zero2Cool (22-Jan) : Thank you
wpr (22-Jan) : Z, glad you are feeling better.
wpr (22-Jan) : My son and D-I-L work for UM. It's a way to pick on them.
Zero2Cool (22-Jan) : Thank you. I rarely get sick, and even more rarely sick to the point I can't work.
wpr (22-Jan) : Beast- back to yesterday, I CAN say OSU your have been Michigan IF the odds of making the playoffs were more urgent.
dfosterf (22-Jan) : Glad to hear you are feeling a bit better.
Zero2Cool (22-Jan) : I've been near death ill last several days, finally feel less dead and site issues.
Zero2Cool (22-Jan) : It is a big deal. This host is having issues. It's frustrating.
Martha Careful (22-Jan) : just kidding...it was down
Martha Careful (22-Jan) : you were blocked yesterday, due to a a recalcitrant demeanor yesterday in the penalty box for a recalcitrant demeanor
dfosterf (22-Jan) : Was that site shutdown on your end or mine? No big deal, just curious
beast (21-Jan) : That way teams like Indiana and SMU don't make the conference championships by simply avoiding all the other good teams in their own confere
beast (21-Jan) : Also, with these "Super Conferences" instead of a single conference champion, have 4 teams make a Conference playoffs.
beast (21-Jan) : Also in college football, is a bye week a good or bad thing?
Martha Careful (21-Jan) : The tournament format was fine. Seeding could use some work.
beast (21-Jan) : You can't assume Ohio State would of won the Michigan game...
beast (21-Jan) : Rankings were 1) Oregon 2) Georgia 3) Texas 4) Penn State 5) Notre Dame 6) Ohio State, none of the rest mattered
wpr (21-Jan) : Texas, ND and OSU would have been fighting for the final 2 slots.
wpr (21-Jan) : Oregon and Georgia were locks. Without the luxury of extra playoff berths, Ohios St would have been more focused on Michigan game.
wpr (21-Jan) : Zero, no. If there were only 4 teams Ohio State would have been one of them. Boise St and ASU would not have been selected.
Zero2Cool (21-Jan) : So that was 7 vs 8, that means in BCS they never would made it?
Martha Careful (21-Jan) : A great game. Give ND credit for coming back, although I am please with the outcome.
Mucky Tundra (21-Jan) : FG to make it academic
Mucky Tundra (21-Jan) : and there's the dagger
Mucky Tundra (21-Jan) : ooooo 8 point game with 4 minutes to go!
Mucky Tundra (21-Jan) : ooooooooohhhhhh he missed!
Mucky Tundra (21-Jan) : Ooooo that completion makes things VERY interesting
Mucky Tundra (21-Jan) : Game not over yet
beast (21-Jan) : Oh yeah, Georgia starting quarterback season ending elbow injury
beast (21-Jan) : Sadly something happened to Georgia... they should be playing in this game against Ohio State
beast (21-Jan) : I thought Ohio State and Texas were both better than Notre Dame & Penn State
Mucky Tundra (21-Jan) : Notre Lame getting rolled
Martha Careful (21-Jan) : Ohio State just got punched in the gut. Lets see how they respond
Mucky Tundra (21-Jan) : Notre Lame vs the Luckeyes, bleh
Mucky Tundra (21-Jan) : Oh snap!!!
Zero2Cool (21-Jan) : Even Stevie Wonder can see that.
