If McCarthy had the ability to instill some discipline with this team, we would be unstoppable.

Lol, still hating, I see.

Nope. Just stating a fact. Whether or not you want to admit it, the penalties have been a problem. And that is a direct result of a lack of discipline, which falls on the Head Coach.

You're right. Comes with having the youngest team, but this is just ridiculous. It's unaccaptable that we lead the league in penalties year after year.
Young team or not, this is something that has to be fixed.
If the Chargers could sack a coach after a 14-2 season, there's no reason why the Packers couldn't. The real question is would it do any good? Success is built through continuity and stability. Would bringing in a new head coach improve the team or set it back a few years?

I don't think that a coach could just go in here and turn this franchise around. It has happened with 1-15 teams and such, but I think that McCarthy is actually doing a decent job. All it'll do in the first year is set them back.
The grass is always greener... just ask the Chargers.
Next to that, we're improving again. I don't see Ted firing Mike after we've gone .500 or higher.
