I'd compare him to Kevin Faulk, yes, but not to Chester Taylor. Kevin Faulk is nothing more but a receiver who runs from time to time. Chester Taylor could be the feature back for quite some teams.

That said, I loved the way he played yesterday. Same goes for Grant. Our RBs just seemed to be in sync with the O-line and had a great game.

Agreed. Taylor could probably start for 5-10 teams in the NFL. Faulk couldn't start for any team. However, Faulk is a very solid player for the role he plays. He has sweet hands and gets Brady the yards they need.

I think Jackson could be like Faulk. I see Faulk line up as a WR all the time. Give opposing Ds headaches. Have Jackson in the backfield then suddenly have him line up as a WR. We did something like it yesterday with our FBs lining up as TEs or starting as TEs then coming back to the FB position. I love stuff like that. Drive opposing DCs nuts.

I agree. All of that motioning is great. You can't really do that with Grant. Although he also made some nice catches yesterday.

This is the formation I love most when we're doing that kind of stuff.

I know, awesome paint skills.

Maybe get Donald Lee in there for some blocking. Or Spencer Havner, even. Saw them run it with him, as well.

CONSISTENCY... this is what plagues most of our team.. BJack is especially lacking it. If he turns out this type of production in the passing game week in and out.. it won't be lacking playing time.

I also would like to note that Grant played very well as well.. amazing what a little sustained blocking up front can do for a running game.

That is the production we should have been getting out of our running game all year. Every team we play against plays us to stop the pass which really opens up the run. This offense is set to explode if the running game stays consistent like they were vs SF.

I think Ahman Green his teaching Bjack about screens. Every since he got here, Jackson has really done well with his screens.

I like how he lowered his shoulder on Terrence Newman and down right ran him over. Haha that made me happy.
