Despite the potential of Quinn Johnson he's been bumped back down to 3rd string fullback.

Here is some high praise for Korey Hall and John Kuhn from McCarthy.

Korey Hall, back for the second week after missing four games with a calf injury, clearly is the No. 2 fullback ahead of Quinn Johnson.

"Special teams, I mean, he's a demon," McCarthy said. "Very productive special-teams player."

As for starter John Kuhn, McCarthy said: "He's a very good pass protector, he's a good inside runner, he's a better receiver than I think we all thought when we got him and he's a hell of a special-teams player. Diverse football player."

i dont really like a depth chart for fullbacks. Johnson is a much better explosive run blocker while Korey Hall is better at special teams and John Kuhn is a better recieving fullback. IMO i think that quinn johnson should be in the game much more though.

We should have different formations and plays for different fullbacks. i thought that was the reason for 3 on the roster in the first place.

It's probably a bit like, 'who's the 3 & 4 WR between Nelson and Jones'. I think all three will still get a healthy dose of play time, Johnson's shown too much not to warrent it.

Johnson had one very good game, I'm thinking it was against the Lions, but hasn't been so good since then. Kuhn and Hall are still the best at this point.

Kuhn's cast should hurt him as a reciever, but I bet he can use it in his blocking. LOL.

This team can't continue to carry 3 fullbacks. This offseason a decision needs to be made on two of them and then the third traded for a lower round draft pick. This is a good problem to have, but rosters spots are like gold.

I still am disappointed that we cut Sutton, but then I'm not a Ryan Grant fan either.
