I asume it made a difference, but all of the interceptions had nothing to do with the weather. They where just thrown into coverage after Rodgers stared down a receiver for way too long. Very uncharactaristic, but it happened.
This is one of the reasons why we should've ran the ball more, though. Normally, I'm not that big a fan of the running game, but against the Bucs, with this wind, our protection issues and a banged up QB, we should've just slammed it down their throat.
So, to answer your question, the wind must've effected the passing game a little. He overthrew some guys, as well. It's weird that it didn't effect our gameplan, though. Maybe it's a classic case of McCarthy overthinking himself. Expecting that they're expecting us to run it, so he started passing it.
