Let me give everyone one more hint. Who has done the stadium tour? How did the locker room went during your tour? hehe.

Doddpower!

You HAVE to go to the Larry McCarren show today! GREG JENNINGS is going to be the guest. The show starts at 6:30, but you should get there as early as you can, as the seating is first come, first served. I usually show up to Lambeau around 5:00 and just hang out   until the show starts.

I thought the locker room was shaped like a football. In Shawns's link, it looks ... not like a football shape.

Ladies and gentlemen . . . . GREG JENNINGS!!

There are the two heads that stand in between me and Greg.

UserPostedImage

During every commercial break tons of people crammed in the aisle to get photos on him.

UserPostedImage

There was a young girl in a wheel chair in the audience in Packers gear. When Greg saw her, he quickly ran over to her during a commercial and autographed her jersey. Very cool and classy. It made her day.

Interesting notes from the show:

-He says he most memorable catch was the OT TD in Denver. Interesting that it wasn't 421 from Favre.

-His favorite video game is Madden. Go figure.

-Some bowling league outside of Green Bay endorses him, so he left after the show to go there. I imagine it would be a good time for an autograph if you knew where to go.

-Says he usually doesn't wear a hat for interviews, but he was having a bad hair day and didn't want to embarrass his wife.

-I watched Nick Collins on the "Inside Lambeau" show a few nights ago, and I must say, he sounded like an idiot. I love the guy, but he definitely didn't seem intelligent at all. Greg however seemed very well spoken, knew what he wanted to say, and was very personable. It was very refreshing.

-I wanted an autograph picture sooo bad. However, out of the 15 or more they drew numbers for, my girlfriend or I wasn't one of them. šŸ˜ž

heh, your statement is definitely correct, however, that's still not what I was looking for. I'll go ahead and reveal what I meant.

For those of you that have done the stadium tour, did you actually tour the locker room? Because I sure haven't in my three times touring the stadium. That picture of the locker room is just a picture of a picture that is up on the wall right before the tunnel out to the field and such. It is a panoramic, hence why it is warped and doesn't look like a football shape. The locker room is indeed shaped like a football so that there are no corners in hopes that no one ever feels left out.

I just wanted to mess with you guys and make you think I actually got to tour the locker room. That would be AWESOME if I could see the locker room someday. Seems unlikely though. Just wanted to riddle you guys! Great guesses though!

I want Greg to have my babies. What an awesome man.

I can't believe it. I just can't Believe it!
I am going to take my son to the game today. Last night he calls and we change where I am going to meet him. Instead of the Metra train station in the western (Chicago) suburbs, we decide to meet in Milwaukee. He is going to take Amtrak from Chicago to Milwaukee.
I am on I-43 about 40 minutes out of Milwaukee when I get a call from my son. Seems that Amtrak lost his online reservation. By the time he messed around trying to get the ticket and then talked to someone from Amtrak, the train pulled out of the station. I told him to check on a Metra station in on of the northern 'Burbs. He called back told me there was one that would work. I got off the Expressway and headed for the station. He then called back and told me that he didn't have enough money in his pocket. (Sigh.) I told him that we would just spend the day together instead of going to the game.

I had just driven through Delavan. I turned around and went back into town. Pulled up at a gas station. I walked up to a young man and asked him if he had plans that afternoon. He said he did but what did I have in mind. I asked him if he wanted to see the Packer game. He was just stunned. He was trying to remember the phone number for one of his friends. After a few minutes of talking I told him to take the tickets and see if he could line someone up. He agreed. He was suppose to lay some brick today. I told him to call in sick. He said that he would except that he was doing the work at his Dad. As I got into my car I told him to take his Dad.

I have toured the locker room several times. It's always been during Fan Fest. As far as i know, thats the only time they open up the locker room to the fans.
It IS pretty neat to see!

dfosterf (27-Jul) : The 40th is Titletown Tech itself. This is a pet project of both Ed Policy and Mark Murphy

dfosterf (25-Jul) : It's my one day deal complaint dept. on shareholder meeting day
dfosterf (25-Jul) : Probably a homer access credential intimidation kinda thing
dfosterf (25-Jul) : Meathead "journalists" skip this, concentrating on operational revenue when convenient. They switch when net revenue is more favorable.
dfosterf (25-Jul) : Resulting in an actual drop of net revenue of 12.5%. She is from Minnesota. Just sayin'
