D Wynn, Tauscher, Hall are obviously out.
Other than that, providing Wells/Spitz/Jackson are fit I'd go for:
Giacomini -The Packers have Lang/Colledge/Barbre who could play RT in a pinch if Barbre gets injured (despite his poor performances it's not like McCarthy has looked close to benching him yet).
Thompson - Hasn't been active yet (I don't think), and has players ahead of him
Martin - I can't see the Packers keeping 4 safeties active as well as all the corners. With Bigby back this week one of the safeties must sit, it just depends how much the Packers trust Bush and Giordano at safety - if Giordano isn't up to speed, he might be the inactive in the secondary.
Montgomery - I can see it being down to him or Wynn for the last spot on the D-line, the Packers seem to like the potential of Wynn, they know what they'll get from Montgomery.
