A few minutes ago I stumbled across a Firefox feature I'd never known about before. Clicking on the little favicon on the far left end of the address bar will open a dialog box that reveals a lot of information about the website, as well as your surfing habits.

Hitting this button revealed that (from this laptop only) I've checked my school email 229 times, my Gmail 1,117 times, my Facebook 3,933 times. But look what happened when I hit the button inside the forum!

All I can say is . . . wow! I mean, I have three computers including this one, not to mention easy access to computers at school. I am a certifiable addict!

How many times have you guys checked this forum?

Darn, Google Chrome doesn't seem to have this feature. I'm sure it'll be quite a lot but I don't think I hit refresh 21,000 times....

What's scary about the 21,298 figure is that up until July of this year, that laptop had been in storage for over 18 months! To rack up that many hits on that computer alone in barely 3 months . . . wow. (I mean, right now, I'm on one of my desktops.)
