I think the people that deserve the most attention and praise are the people that don't want it. I think this because my sister went through an eating disorder/depression and was extremely sick for years. There is a rug that increases seritonin levels in her brain that cured her. The people that come up with these things deserve praise. Not these celebs. Just a feeling I hve had for long time 🙂

You are right. The people that are behind the scenes that actually DO something to help people's lives are the ones that deserve our praise.
And they are the ones that do it NOT for praise, but because it's the right thing to do.
Trippster is one person that practices this. I know he doesn't like me saying it, but he goes out and DOES things to help people.
And Zero, who runs this site is like that too. He took the time and effort to do something very nice for me when i got out of heart surgery.
He said "It's nothing". But thats NOT true. Talk is cheap. It takes effort to DO something.
I know these people don't want a pat on the back, but i think they DESERVE recognition for what they do.
Just my opinion.
