Does anyone live around the Hudson, WI area where they can get the Packer games to be broadcasted over-the-air using and indoor/outdoor antenna? I was wondering what kind of antenna would be best and what other options do I have. Although I can watch the games online and in here, I no longer have internet service so it'll be kinda hard to watch it here.....but if all else fails, I'll have to subscribe to something. I find it difficult to believe that no area bars will be broadcasting the game. I personally watch most of the games in The Cellar, a dining area on campus at my local university. Perhaps you could drive down to River Falls and watch it on campus there. Besides, someone, somewhere in Hudson must have NFL Sunday Ticket. Offer to bring the beer and nachos in exchange for a seat in front of the TV. I know you're pretty close to Vikings territory, but there are still plenty of options.

There was a sports barr out here that got sued by the NFL for having a tall antenna that pulled in Raiders games from outside the blackout area.

It was inside but near the blackout line. They are now out of business. You just don't want to mess with the NFL. The public just can't keep it's mouth shut about getting a good deal.

Nowdays digital broadcasts are UHF which just doesn't have the range of the VHF that used to be used. UHF is line of sight whereas VHF is 4/3rd's line of sight. That is more likely the problem.

I hadn't thought about that. It's possible acuratl is being screwed by the fact Hudson is within the 75-mile radius of the Twin Cities. They should amend the NFL blackout rules to account for state lines.
