Does anyone else play Madden while watching GB play?

I get so psyched that I need something to distract me during commercials (and occasionally when the defense is giving up major yardage. Not this year though!).

There are three things I do when watching a a game.

1. Cheer for GB
2. Drink whiskey
3. Play a game of madden with GB facing the same opponent

No for me as well. During the ad-breaks I usually check out NFL gamecenter and the Packer blogs around the internet.

I just hate waiting during the commercials. The worst is when their is a TD and commercials are shown before and after the kickoff. madden helps distract me while i am waiting.

Crushing the team in Madden also makes me feel better when we lose.

i tend to have the PSP going. Madden takes to much concentratio. would either miss something in the game or play really bad!

Don't do it either. Just have the TV next to me on Comedy Central and watch that. The commercials are really short over there, although flooded at you in idiotic amounts. They're quite bearable.

The only thing that really annoys me is Commercial - Kick-off - Commercial. Especially if it's close to a 2 minute warning or a team calls a time-out soon after it.

It is interesting to hear how everyone distarcts themsleves during commericials. Maybe I should have changed the title of this thread to "What do you do to pass the time during commercials?"

I am also thankful for my DVR since, when GB is on locally, I am usually rewinding to look at various plays and can then fast forward to skip most of the commercials. I know the NFL and station needs the sponsers to pay the bills but it is still annoying.

I poop during commercial breaks. I, at times, play NCAA.. but try not too. It distracts me TOO much during games.

I prefer to get laid during commercials. That only works for a couple of commercials per game, sadly.
