Reid consulted McNabb prior to signing Vick. McNabb and Vick are friends.

Kolb is injured/hurt. Looks good in the potential "hurt feelings" department.

Vick might be eligible to play at the start of the season, that 6 game deal is not set in stone. Reid consulted with Goodell as well. All indications were--and this is just my personal opinion---Vick is more likely to be deemed eligible sooner, rather than later...FWIW

I feel sorry for Vick already Philly fans are going nuts and if anyone knows football the Eagles fans are the rudest in the NFL. Hell Espn just showed the cover pages of the 3 papers in Philly and the titles are

Hide your dogs from the daily news

and the back page says what are they thinking.

He is going to have it rough there. Dfoster you know how bad the Fans are there.

No need to feel sorry for him. He thinks he's such a tough guy -- let him man up to a little adversity. I think it could be fun watching Eagles fans roughing him up.

I'd say, "Thank God I'm not an Eagles fan," but after the past few years, Packers fans have no room to talk.

I was shocked, as I didn't see a THING on the Eagles expressing any sort of interest.

Deep down, I kinda wanted to see the Vikes or Pack sign him.. Just so I could watch/see him more.

To those of you that think McNabb feels threatened.. Stop. McNabb was wanting this. My initial reaction was that he was gonna be pissy.. but after some research, I found that he WANTED Vick to be signed (Wildcat plays?.. It would give McNabb plays off.. which would help him in the long run).

Here's to hoping the Iggles get some nationally televised games.. and even some that broadcast in Minneapolis.. I want to see how Vick does.

Thought this was a great video to see Vick's presser. Instead of reading his comments, it's better to SEE him.

Sounds like to me, that what he's doing is making a lifestyle change. I'm glad he got his second chance. Don't let me down, Vick.
