I would bet that Rodgers won't be playing too much tonight.

Most online feed sites don't advertise their feeds for in advance for a couple of reasons. a) They're entirely reliant upon the good will of their members for the feeds, so they can't know what will be streamed until members inform them of their intent; and even then, they can't force the members to follow through with their stated intentions. b) The longer in advance they advertise a feed, the greater chance someone from the copyright police will find it and try to find a way to shut it down.

It's common for feed notifications not to appear until moments before or even after kickoff.

I think that if you're local to Green Bay then it will be on CBS, but it will be aired tonight at 1am EST on NFL Network.

That's crazy. I get the NFL network on TV but the Lions game is blacked out.
