Barnett has to take on more blocks, which isn't good for a player of his type. I hope he'll be alright, but I truly believe that Chillar and Bishop are better MILB in this scheme.

The irony here is that 3-4 years ago, MLB Ray Lewis' subpar performances were being blamed on him having to take on blocks in the first place. Hence the subsequent drafting of NT Halota Nagata.
Where Barnett will suffer is that his speed in unlikely to be the same as before his injury. Barnett's game has usually been predicated more on speed than on power or nastiness.
There was a terrific article written by another member of a different Packer forum a couple of months ago on the Capers style 3-4 - and he pointed out how the ILB in Capers' system isn't as prone to taking on blockers as done in other 3-4 schemes.
On a personal level, I much prefer my chances with Barnett trying to shed blockers than with Bishop trying to do it. Bishop, in my opinion, is quite below average at the task.
