I think that that's more tied to the Giants already being in the play-offs at that time, propelling the Vikings to a late-season win once again.

I have to say though, that's a very objective prediction, Formo. I think you guys will be able to beat the Panthers, though. You have an amazing D-line which you can't run on and gets a lot of pressure on the QB. If you can stop their RBs, you can easily force Delhomme into making some mistakes.

Way to pick em right on. There are only 4 games I have to diagree with you on.

Packers can not passibly win 12 games this regular season... NOT with that schedule.

I think you overestimate the Vikings, Steelers, Ravens, and the Buckanears. I see them winning those 4 games and what does tyhat make their record... hmmmm Oh Yeah 16-0.

The W versus NYG: In recent history, the Vikings have been fairly successful against the Giants. The past two years, they have beaten them and the game 2 years ago, in the Meadowlands, the Vikings SMOKED 'em. And, to be honest with you, I don't see the Giants being as good as they have been the past season and a half.

The L versus DET: The Lions ALWAYS play the Vikings hard.. It's been quite awhile since the last time the Vikings walked away with a win against Detroit. I'm going to say that the ball will finally bounce their way at least once against the Vikes this year (last year the Vikings would have LOST to the Lions if Whats-His-Name didn't run out the back of his own endzone, giving the Vikes a safety).

The L versus CAR: If we remember, last years matchup against the Panthers, prior to the game, didn't bode well for the Vikings. Steve Smith just came back, their ground game was just starting to get rolling, and in the past, the Panthers had rolled up the Vikings like wholesale carpet. This game is in Carolina. I don't think Winfield will be able to come up with another sack-fumble-fumble recovery for TD to keep it comfortable. Vikes lose in a nail biter.

Chicago Bears (1-0)
Cincinnati Bengals (2-0)
@ St. Louis Rams (3-0)
@ Minnesota Vikings (3-1)
Detroit Lions (4-1)
@ Cleveland Browns (5-1)
Minnesota Vikings (6-1)
@ Tampa Bay Buccaneers (7-1)
Dallas Cowboys (8-1)
San Francisco 49ers (9-1)
@ Detroit Lions (10-1)
Baltimore Ravens (10-2)
@ Chicago Bitches (10-3)
@ Pittsburgh Steelers (10-4)
Seattle Seahawks (11-4)
@ Arizona Cardinals (11-5)

I wanted to say 12-4 because I can see it happening (good prediction Cheesey). Cardinals are still a good team...with or without Boldin. I think that will be a good game. I forgot who had the prediction of us losing the Bucs and beating the Cowboys, but I can see that happening as well. Byron Leftwich is not a joke and they picked up Kellen Winslow too.
I think I will stick with 11-5 though.

Chicago Bears - W (1-0)
Cincinnati Bengals - W (2-0)
@ St. Louis Rams - W (3-0)
@ Minnesota Vikings - L (3-1)
Detroit Lions - W (4-1)
@ Cleveland Browns - W (5-1)
Minnesota Vikings - W (6-1)
@ Tampa Bay Buccaneers - L (6-2)
Dallas Cowboys - W (7-2)
San Francisco 49ers - W (8-2)
@ Detroit Lions - L (8-3)
Baltimore Ravens - W (9-3)
@ Chicago Bears - L (9-4)
@ Pittsburgh Steelers - L (9-5)
Seattle Seahawks - W (10-5)
@ Arizona Cardinals - W (11-5)

The Lions always play out of their minds when they have us on Thanksgiving and we always play horribly in Tampa. On the flip side I think we pull off what appear now to be a couple upsets against Baltimore and Arizona.
