All of the cameras were on one side of the field, and they filled the seats on the other side so the stadium always looked full.
The interestng thing was... All of the players were paid by THE LEAGUE and they all made $45,000 for the season. The QB's got slightly more $50 Grand, and the kickers slightly less $40 Grand.
Now this is interesting... The winning team got to split $100,000 dollars or about $2,500 each if you were on the roster and played in the game.
(That would be tough on a kicker if he missed a 30 yarder with no time on the clock.)
There was a pool of money so that the team that won the Championship would split a Million Dollars or about $25,000 each.
