The problem with the cheerleaders is that they'd have to be bundled up in the winter anyway, so how could we properly appreciate the goods then? I'm sorry, but cheerleaders in jogging pants just don't do it for me.

Yes, I am incorrigible.

WTF ... they come off just like any other pants! Sometimes, if they're a little baggie, they fall off REALLY easy!

All they gotta do is wear tight spandex shirts so we can see how cold they really are...

Tight pants wouldn't be so bad either.

Anyway........back to the thread.............the one thing i would change? I'd put actual SEATS in Lambeau Field. They SHOULD have done it when they renovated the place.
Sitting there when the weather is nice isn't too bad, but in the cold and snow? And it's not the cold of the bleacher seats that bugs me......I rent one of those $5 clip on seats with the back. The problem is, the amount of seat room for each fan is REDICULOUS. The people in 1957 when they built the place, must have been half the size of today's fans. I was at the "snow bowl" 2 years ago, and had an aisle seat. My clip on seat kept getting pushed off the end of the row, and i had to hold my left arm over my body the whole game. You put bundled up people in the seats, and there is NO ROOM for you. It makes it hard to enjoy the game when you have to push the person next to you every minute to keep from being pushed off into the aisle.
Does anyone else feel that way, or is it just me?

One Packer wish?

To have more Lombardis than the Cows (and now the Steelers).

That's it. That's all I want for the Packers.

Play one game a year at the local soccer club field. It has seating for a 100 and standing spots for another couple of hundred people. That ought to do the trick.

A dome would be quite nice. I don't buy into the 'real football should be played outside' stuff and I woud like a newly designed and slick stadium. Something that looks like it one with the rest of the ground, a bit like a bulch out of the ground.

Big thing is, there's so much history at Lambeau Field and with the renovation being not too long ago, you can't demolish or leave it. We're kind off stuck to it.

PS. I don't hate Lambeau, at the contrary, I love a history filled place, but I also love a dome. It's quite hypocritical of me, anyway. I've never been there and there's a big chance I won't be going there for a long time.

Ack! No domes. No way. As far as I'm concerned football and baseball are and should be played outside, in the elements. Period.

Love your takes normally, but I couldn't disagree more when it comes to domes. They are an abomination.
