I'm an engineer. I build stuff. Hopefully what goes up never comes down.
*whispers to the right* What's that? Need more info?
Okay, well I'm 21 years old, studying civil engineering and commerce (corporate finance & financial accounting) at the University of Western Australia. Contrary to popular opinion, I have little to do with trains, except when they manage to crash their way into (and/or out of) infrastructure.
I have an insatiable appetite for information and knowledge. My mother never passed on any of her intuition skills or 'psychic'/guessing abilities (why did she have to predict that Favre would come back!?), so I've had to rely on logic and structure. Which I guess suits me just fine.
If I wasn't an engineer, I would have loved to have been a pilot. I love everything about planes. I also love science, especially anything to do with space, astronomy, theoretical and quantum physics and the sort.
I've never eaten waffles before, and I won't until I get married (gotta save
something for marriage, right?). I drive a black Toyota Celica which just had its battery changed, costing me $178. My favourite band is Keane and my (currently) favourite book is Ubik by Philip K. Dick.
As for my name, I never publicise it. You never know when potential employers or colleagues are trying to dig up dirt on you. But you guys can call me Eng (or Engy boy if you're feeling particularly quirky).
Also I think my right arm is slightly longer than my left, it seems my sleeve cuffs always seem to come up further on my right arm.
