It really shows that picking in the top 10 is still a crapshoot. 50% of the top 10 picks in the 2005 and 2006 drafts can be comfortably called "busts".
It shows that it may be better to pick an OT (Smith, Oher), who both seem to be more of a sure thing than an Orakpo, Maybin (converted DE to OLB), or Raji.
