Packer Roster Updates...

So I grabbed the current roster off Packers.com after I seen they updated the positions.. IE.. 3 nose tackles on the roster currently and everyone off injured reserves and futures..

But noticed one very interesting detail... So either this is very telling, it is a typo of some sort or that he is on the roster yet because he finished the year out on injured reserve. Haven't read up on the latest regs concerning a vested veteran and injured under contract.

I vote for the telling part.. ie.. that Tauscher will be under contract at some point with the Green Bay Packers..

I would have to think thats from last year because how else could he be going to talk to Minn if he is under contract.

Just Imagine this for the next 6-9 years. What a ride it will be 🙂 (PS, Zero should charge for this)

I don't know, but I see that it says he weighs 316...there's no way that is correct he has to be at least 345....lmao.

Steve Reed, of CarolinaGrowl.com, reports the Green Bay Packers have traded LS J.J. Jansen to the Carolina Panthers for a conditional seventh-round draft pick in 2011

Tauscher is interesting.

I think Minnesota may want to grab him if they don't get a RT. Whomever does get Tauscher will get a cheap player that starts out on the PUP, but will help you out in the later part of the season. Missing half of the year might just be a blessing in disguise for an aging tackle like Tauscher.
