Did you know Vin Diesel when translated from French means

Wine Petroleum.

Don't know what it means either but I thought I'd throw that one in for what it's worth...

Oh and "The fast and the furious" is crap as well. How the hell did it merit 2 sequels????

I was gonna say something about cars blowing up.. but it sounded REALLY X rated. lol So, I didn't. But, yes.. Cars blowing up is a bonus.

I can see hoo hoos whenever I want, (and if I'm good, I get to play with them some, too!) so I'd rather watch something with substance other than them in my movies.. πŸ˜›

Sweet ride!
I had i believe a 69 Chevelle back in the day.

A friend took us out to see a movie yesterday......"Watchmen".......geez.......i liked about 15 minutes of the two and a half hours. It could have been cut in half, and made more sense and MIGHT have actually been fun to watch.
The ONLY good parts were where the "super hereos" kicked butt.
Other then that, total dissapointment.
I'm glad he paid for the tickets........and the funny part is, he said he wasn't feeling well, and left half way through the movie! (Smart move on his part)

I'm not talking about one's wife's, the older you get, the more you take those for granted no matter how nice they are (I'm glad my wife doesn't read this site :blackeye: ).

Thus, I like to see them in movies too.

As for substance, yeah, I'm all about the art/dialog ("La Cit des enfants perdus" is one of my favorite movies), but sometimes I just want mindless fun too. Not into action films though. I'd rather laugh. I almost fell asleep in that last Batman movie that everyone else raved about and called the best comic book movie ever.

lol Our definitions of substance are TOTALLY different. I really, don't care much for the art/dialog of a movie. I care more about the principle of the movie. I have no idea what the heck movie you just mention is.. lol

I'm into most anything pop culture, with a few exceptions. Whether it be action, comedy (well, some.. lol), drama, etc.
