Thanks Crystal! I will tell her........she's asleep. Nursing me is a full time job!

Had my 1st therapy.......the nurse is VERY concerned about how badly my leg is swollen. Gotta watch that for blood clots.
Have to go back for more "torture" today.

Glad that your health providers are staying on top of your condition. Watching for something and being concerned about it is 100% better than trying to do something about it once it has already happened. Keep healing up buddy! Thanks for the updates.

Thank you all for the love and concern! This recovery is gonna be alot more then i ever could have imagined. It's alot of ups and downs. One day, i feel a little better, next day like i was kicked in the chest by a mule. They are watching my leg closely, and are hoping that by Monday the swelling will subside. Once i get better, I'm gonna post some of what it was like.
Here is a picture my wife took of me in the intensive care unit, before i was coherent. She took alot of pictures, as i asked her to do so before i went in. I wanted to see how it was, as i knew alot of it would be just a blur to me.

This is one where i was really gone.........when i saw it, i was like "Wow........i looked pretty much how i felt!" LOLOL!!!

Oh.....and note the "tube" protruding out of my right jugular vein.
Later i will show you what they pulled out of my neck. Still have to do alot of downloading of the photos. Just can't sit up very long yet.

Here's the tube the nurse pulled out of my neck.
It felt like i was stabbed in the neck. And that was WITH me being under morphine.
