Dont' lie, who's started a season with the Packers and moved Kampan to the outside using a 3 - 4 defense? lol ... I did over the weekend and Kampan is downgraded to a '66' but yet still is a monster. I'm not sure how that works, but he still owns as LOLB.

I didn't, but I was thrilled to hear about going to the 3-4 from a Madden standpoint aswell.

I'm a big Packers fan, but the team I played the best with where the Browns... mainly because I love playing out of the 1-5-5. Just hope they'll include it in the Packers playbook aswell.

I'm wondering how they're gonna adjust Kampman's ratings though. If they make him an elite pass rushing ROLB (Higher speed etc) he'll be a 99 ovr. LE and RE. We'll see how they solve this.

I'm not generating enough pressure tho using the 3-4, probably cause i'm missing Peppers, lol. Lansanah is pretty quick in Madden tho. I sacked TJax 3 times using a finnesse move and had a pick six in OT to end the Vikes hopes of stopping my Path to Perfection.

Once I get to the offseason I will build my D using the ideal 3-4 I'd love to see which is basically what Zero has for his D. I jus don't kno about Kampy bein an OLB, I'll try it against the Bears and see how it goes.

2nd year of my dynasty. I still havent figured out how to keep my defense at 3-4, i always have to pick 3-4 before every game.. if someone knows how to implement the 304in your playbook, lemme kno, thank ya.

I had a monster draft using ncaa 09 rosters. Got Tyson Jackson,Orakpo,Maualuga,Stintim.. next year Everette Brown among others gunna be available. Orakpo is only 70 some overall, Jackson hasnt done s**t.

My big FA was Scott and Wimbley.

I'm ownin the cpu on allpro. all madden jus pisses me off.

Go to coaching strategy and change it from 4-3 to 3-4.

I did this the last couple of times I played online. Went 4-1. Lost once when I thought I could try the 3-4 with the Chargers (Who have the personnel) but lost pretty bad.

The 3-4 seems to work pretty nice, I do keep the normal line-up though. So no Kampman at OLB, Hawk at OLB and Bishop still as an ILB.

I now figured it out. You have to edit your madden profile and change your d to a 3-4. I went with multiple D.

I always start playing madden 09, put it on all madden, and play against the vikings and be like, oh this is gonna be just like aaron rodgers' first game where they beat the vikings, then 4 interceptions later at halftime i shut it off.

Haha. I have to admit, that I screw up like that aswell when playing on All-Madden. I use custom sliders, because the Robo-QB and super-human DBs piss me off. I hope they'll make it more realistically next year and don't spent to much time on that field awareness thingie they wrote about.

As for the 3-4, who do you actually use? Because online I have found that Kampman is alot better on the D-line than as an OLB. Especially because they made him quite slow. Poppinga and Hawk on the outside are great though, especially playing QB contain, since everyone keeps running towards the sidelines.
