I remember listening to the radio on the way home from that game and they had Rodgers on. He specifically said there was no point in getting the surgery because he felt fine and didn't want to backtrack at all. When they asked him what he was looking forward to the most about the off season he said he was going to Australia!

Sorry I don't have any evidence or something to show this but I promise this is what I heard if it means anything to you.

No surgery for Rodgers: Unless something drastic changes, quarterback Aaron Rodgers will not have shoulder surgery.

David Dunn, Rodgers' agent, said Rodgers has not felt the need to see a doctor about his surgery since the season ended and probably will not do so.

"He felt great at the end of the season, went on his two-week vacation and still felt great," Dunn said. "If we were going to get something done, we would have done it by now, I would guess."

Rodgers suffered a separated right shoulder on Sept. 28 against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. He left the game because of the injury but played the rest of the season with it. Both Rodgers and McCarthy said there was little wrong with the shoulder by the end of the season.

We're so lucky that we've got Aaron Rodgers. We should be grateful that we got a QB that can play and that has been groomed well. We could of easily been in those situations where the team itself is good but the QB just plain terrible. It's very hard to find that franchise QB that's actually good at his spot.
Glad To Be A Packers Fan.
