Just a few LB's and DL's that have 3-4 experience. A couple would be low money options.
I am therefor I think.

I think it'll be good again soon enough, but still, he hasn't played a full season in his entire career. Only his rookie year did he play in 16 games, but he only started 3.

Bart Scott is the one in that list that really stands out for me.

He has experience in a great defense, he's 28, so he'll have some years left. He was undrafted though, so you can make the argument that hes overachieving because of the rest of his defense and his DC. He makes some great individual plays aswell though.

A good NT would be great, aswell. Maybe a trade? I have no idea who to go for here though. A guy like Ngata would be great (His cousin is on the board as an early second round draft pick to a late third, depending on where you're looking), but that would mean we'd have to give up a first and a second or something like that.

I can dream, can't I?

If I had to pick only one, it would probably be Bart Scott. Haynesworth would be next on my list.

Bart Scott is my favorite. If we're gonna run a hybrid between 4-3 and 3-4, he'll be a great OLB and ILB.

Nose tackles for 3-4 could be Tank Johnson, Gabe Watson and Grady Jackson.

Eric Barton knows the scheme. He could take the other ILB spot, if we can't get Scott.

Nnamdi Asomugha is always my favorite. Best cornerback in the league. I doubt we can get him though.

If we could get 2-3 starters or situational guys this FA, I would be happy.
