You make a good point about Reid not being one to hold his coaches back, but are his hands tied in the matter? (I.E. rules prohibit interviewing any coaches of another team as long as they are in the playoffs)

I like McDermott a lot. He should keep our secondary and linebacking corps physical. I just hope we have a better front four if he gets here.

I also like Capers too, because of his ways with stopping the run. Seriously, if we become a team that's impossible to run against, then it gets easy. Despite Harris and Woodson's age, I don't see them totally taking a dump next season.
